Being a services-based business in Perth, It was important for FRS to have a powerful online presence. Unfortunately, Fremantle Roofing Services had no digital presence, an underdeveloped website, and no digital footprint.

With more competitors shifting online and other related companies incorporating digital into their marketing strategy, Fremantle Roofing Services needed to ensure they also could be found online when people were looking for the best Roofing professional In Perth. That’s where PDE came in.

The Solution

For a company that has zero market share online, we had to build a digital marketing campaign for this brand from scratch. Over time we implemented a 5-stage online marketing strategy.

This was made up of a digital marketing video, an SEO strategy, Backlink building, Google ads optimisation, and eventually a completely new website design.

Our ongoing SEO work resulted in real success over the years, with all of their target keywords ranking extremely well. This has led to significant improvements in organic conversions to the point that they no longer used google ads and an increase in both web traffic and enquires. Each year has brought in bigger and better numbers for this business.

Initially, the owners came to us with just video production in mind. Based on Fremantle Roofing Services “customer search intent” we created an informative and insightful marketing video (see below) to speak to their target audience in a way that words never could.

Our initial campaign build came from targeting 3 main areas in the roofing game – restoration, cleaning, and repairs.

We focused our campaigns on return on ad spend (ROAS) rather than conversion rate, as our goal was to deliver high-value Leads. We also placed a significant focus on increasing search impression share to restrict competitor access to keywords. This was key in making sure we weren’t leapfrogged by the competition.
